DINE IN RENAISSANCE
22 August 2008
Initial Plan: As I got the voucher of Hotel Renaissance for "a complimentary dinner for 2 person at Temptation Restaurant" from my brother, we tend to enjoy the TEMPTING FOOD at Renaissance Hotel's TEMPTATION's restaurant. After that, we will head to Mines Wonderland for the Merdeka Carnival with the complimentary ticket for "2 person at Mines Wonderland Merdeka Carnival" from China Press!
Wahaha.. it seemed like a GREAT PLAN WITH GEAT VALUE~ and with the budget of the night RM10 to seek for JOYFUL and DELIGHFUL night~
6:30pm Renaissance Hotel > 7:30pm Finished Dinner > 8:00pm Mines Wonderland > 11:00 Return Home
Not to say the foods are bad but just does not worth for sacrificing in the congested traffic for 1 hour and 15 minutes and mines wonderland plan canceled.
After dinner, we went around to take photos~
This is a Chinese Restaurant, I has tried their dim-sum it was delicious.
In the morning they serve dim-sum then afternoon till night they will serve dish.
Keke.. looked grand rite but the food.. err
As it was still early, we decided to went the Dataran Merdeka (Independent square)
Emm I guess here is the most beautiful night scene in Kuala Lumpur! Just like Shang Hai~
Owhh what so special about this photo!? Keke. Can you see the blue building besides the lamp post?
Actually it is an Electronic Public Toilet. Huh? Curious le~ We, Malaysia has such high technology facility for public!
I also never try before.. I only had walked near to have a clear look at it, it requires 50 cents to enter for 5 minutes .. heard people said that once u insert the sufficient coin. the door will open AUTOMATICALLY!!
the most unique is after coin inserted, the door will be opened in 5 minutes time. In other words, the user who is having big business in the toilet for more than 5 minutes will be presented to the public...
Ohya, moreover, If i m not mistaken, this was the public toilet where our prime minister Pak Lah came for opening ceremony by cutting the ribbon.

All in all, my day was ended with this simple routine~

In Realistic: About 4pm it was raining cats and dogs, I left home at 5.40pm and head my galgal's house. At 6.00pm I managed to fetch her. It seemed like our ideal plan was going on wheel, even the downpour could not stop us for seeking JOYFUL and DELIGHTFUL night!! Yeahhhh~
We were happily heading to Renaissance Hotel with the estimated time 15 minutes drive by using Ampang highway. When we were about to reach the end of the highway, the tragic and agonizing affair is occurred. TRAFFIC JAM!! At the moment, the couple whom previously full with hope had immediately fell to pieces. We were congested in the 1km journey away from destination! What on EARth!! the Renaissance Hotel just right infront of us but we did not manage to sneak in! At 7.15pm only we were successfully sneaked in to Renaissance, we had been congesting in the traffic for 1 hour and 15 minutes~ Insane!! it was the most suffer driving journey I ever had in my driving experience where was looking at the destination and slowly slowly got in..
As a result, we called off our Mines Wonderland plan and only enjoy the buffet dinner at the RENAISSANCE HOTEL's "TEMPTATION" RESTAUTANT!!
